Terra worked for several years with the society to develop this 58 unit ILBC project, helping to convince the municipal Council and some concerned residents of its benefits. The building was occupied in fall 2007, and integrated into a complex containing 6 residential buildings and an amenities hall. Some existing units were removed to provide space for the new assisted living building, which also houses the society’s offices and provides amenities for residents of the entire complex.
