This project, occupied in the summer of 2007, is located on a site close to Lions Gate Hospital. It is the result of a unique partnership between Kiwanis, the City of North Vancouver, BC Housing and Grosvenor/ Palladium Development. It features 27 units of affordable independent housing for seniors on a site with market townhomes and condominiums.
