Terra worked with the Society to achieve the necessary approvals for this project despite significant initial neighbourhood concerns. This 4 storey building, occupied in August 2007, has 30 one bedroom and studio units. The project offers transitional housing for people with a mental illness who want to live a substance free life in an alcohol and drug-free setting. RainCity provides 24/7 staffing and support services for tenants.
