This new 72 unit ILBC assisted living building, completed in November of 2006, complements the existing 54 unit independent seniors apartment currently on the site. As seniors of the South Asian community make up a large part of the population of this new complex, the project offers a unique living environment that takes into account their specific language, culture and food needs.
