This project was built under the HOMES BC program and was completed in 2004. It contains 22 units: the Aboriginal Patient’s Lodge (which operates in partnership with the B.C. Women’s Hospital) occupies the main floor and units of housing for families are located on the second and third floors. The project won a 2006 CMHC Housing Award for Best Practices in Affordable Housing.
