A partnership between Affordable Housing, the City of Vancouver and Province of British Columbia (through the HOMES BC program), this project has 113 units for low and moderate-income families (housed in the townhouses and the first 11 floors of the highrise) and 171 market rental units (housed in the top 19 floors of the highrise). The net revenue of the project will be used to create more affordable housing units in Vancouver. C Side is located in an area underserved by affordable housing, where many rental units have been replaced by condominiums. It is adjacent to the newly opened Coal Harbour Community Centre, within walking distance to the downtown business district and Stanley Park.
