Some of the tenants in this project are nominated by McLaren Housing Society (which provides housing to people who are HIV positive or have AIDS) and by Coast Foundation Society (which houses people with mental health problems). The remaining units are targeted at low-income urban singles from the area. Coast Foundation Society operates a drop-in centre on the premises.
