Terra has worked with housing providers in Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley, Richmond, New Westminster, Mission, Abbotsford, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Kamloops, Vernon, Williams Lake and Sechelt to develop more than 1400 new units of supportive housing for seniors and for adults with mental illness/addiction issues. Terra also currently has more than 1500 units in development in Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Chilliwack and Maple Ridge.

Terra was on the forefront of the development of affordable supportive and assisted living housing for seniors in British Columbia. These projects offer more options for residents. They allow seniors to age-in-place in their homes and in their community; to live independently for as long as possible and to receive support from the public health system as needed. We have facilitated negotiations with 5 different Health Authorities on behalf of clients to create the agreements necessary for the operation of supportive projects.

Terra is currently the development consultant for 12 of the 14 Vancouver City sites.
