Terra has worked with 22 co-operatives, resulting in more than 1200 new co-op housing units across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. This includes more than 300 new units in three buildings completed in 2002 in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver.

Terra is currently assisting several co-ops with innovative development and redevelopment proposals.
