Terra served as the development consultant for a project in Nanaimo specifically designed for homeless/at risk youth. We have also worked with housing providers in the Lower Mainland and across the province to create more than 1200 new cooperative units and 2500 new family units which provide safe and affordable homes for B.C. youths.
