Partnerships are often the key to effectiveness in providing quality affordable housing. Most projects are currently developed in a multi-funder environment, rather than under a program with a single funder.

Many of the projects for which Terra has served as development manager have benefited from partnerships (public/private partnerships, partnerships between non-profit organizations, etc.) in order to be successfully realized. Terra always works in close collaboration with various stakeholders, including non profit organizations and NGOs, funding agencies, three levels of government and the private sector (architects, lawyers, engineers, developers, etc.).

Terra has helped clients identify partners for their project, has negotiated agreements between partners, and has assisted in developing innovative partnerships that have enabled projects to be successfully completed.
